INDIANAPOLISThank you to all the volunteers that assisted with various maintenance and improvement activities on the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually impaired campus on May 16th. The event drew approximately 25 volunteers and performed activities such as dorm re-painting and various aspects of groundskeeping. Volunteers attended from Lions Clubs from across the state and were joined by ISBVI faculty. During the ISBVI-provided lunch, volunteers had an opportunity to listen to faculty testimonials about the school. Additional pictures from the event can be found here. |
The landscaped entrance to the school was one of many areas improved.

Trustee Board Meeting
June 13, 2009
INDIANAPOLISThe Lions for the Indiana State School for the Blind and Visually Impaired State Project Board of Trustees met on June 13 to discuss a number of issues, including the 2009 Brian's Trike Race, classroom supplies, and revising the method of solicitation and use of donations from Lions Clubs throughout the State. The meeting was well attended and minutes will be available to interested Lions Clubs soon. 
The project Trustees listen to a proposal by Fran Shaul.
